As a householder you too have the same responsibilities to kill or trap humanely. In most cases a live catch is ok but you have to kill the animal after you have trapped it, as it is illegal to release most pest species back into the wild.
It is an offence to cause any animal or pest of any kind, any distress, and by using the wrong methods will mean that you can be prosecuted.

In order to keep our pest treatment prices at competitive rates, and due to increasing costs of fuel and materials etc. Combined with time wasters who have pest problems but do not have us carry out the work. We have been forced to make a £25.00 charge for visits where advice only or where there is no treatment carried out, for whatever reason. If however we carry out any work, there will be no callout charge applied, just the charge for the work carried out.
We do not charge any extra after 5pm, weekends or bank holidays
